It all started as a response to being broke and needing a nice place to sit. Tired of standing, Shelton designed a way of using pallets to create the classic Adirondack chair and soon, people without chairs were jealous. An influx of interest from DIYers and sustainable blogs helped solidify the concept of creating consumer goods from discarded material and Repurposed Goods was founded. Currently, Repurposed Goods sells the Pallet Adirondack Chair DIY guide, blogs about repurposed design projects and helps fellow DIYers create guides too!
